Heronstrike padded back into camp with a fledgling duck in his mouth. It was all he could find after hunting all morning, most of the land prey hadn't really returned and the water was still full of debris so it was hard to fish. With MarshClan being at the low end of the valley they were still struggling the worst, the other clans were likely back to normal other than debris. MarshClan was still having high water and all the ground was super soft. It wasn't too bad for the semi-aquatic clan but it wasn't ideal.
After setting the duck down in the tiny prey pile he went to sit outside of the elder's den with Reedsong for a little bit. The brown tabby would likely be heading back out again, though likely for clean up. All the warriors and apprentices were sent out both morning and evening with different tasks to rebuild the clan. They had lost a few warriors to EmberClan, including his only daughter. While his sons stayed in MarshClan they like him were so busy he hadn't seen them much and all he heard about them was through his mate.

Riverwind would shake the water out of her fur as she returned to camp her tail and fur was so dirty it didn't even look grey. She wondered where her brother Ashton was and what he was doing surely the flood affected him to. There was a quiet somber feeling in the camp we had all lost someone either do to the flood or to the newly created clan. She looked towards the elders den there was hardly many dry spaces anywhere excluding the leader's den, she looked in the direction of the elders den and around camp she was going to have to help restore the camp.
